Established in July of 1999, MentalSuplex Productions has steadily built a name for itself as a production powerhouse. It all started in Phoenix, Arizona where Jerry Clubb began filming local bands for his own entertainment. Soon, bands began to take notice of Clubb’s constant filming and started asking for copies of the tapes. Needless to say, the opportunities began to arrive, and what started as a simple excuse to film local concerts, quickly evolved into one of the most highly developed, cost efficient companies in the business. “I just got sick of seeing all of these million dollar videos on MTV that I felt could have been done better for just a fraction of their costs,” says Clubb.

In May of 2000, MentalSuplex relocated to Orange, Ca in order for Clubb to further pursue his interests in music video production and filmmaking. Clubb enrolled, as a Presidential Scholar, in the prestigious Film School at Chapman University. Within a few short months, the company caught the attention of several local filmmakers who have since come together to represent the core of MentalSuplex. This increase in numbers quickly led to equipment advancements and the expansion of the company as a whole. MentalSuplex's continued growth and success is attributed to an unwavering commitment to exceed client, and internal, expectations as well as the application of trend setting technologies.
